HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Discovery - We schedule a meeting, either in-person or virtually, to get to know you, your organization, and your goals to determine if we'd be a good fit, and to better understand the complexities of your unique situation.
2. Plan - Based on an outline that we create during our discovery call we design a customized and comprehensive plan laying out the framework of your program. This will include our baseline evaluation of your program, a list of objectives, a mechanism to track our progress along the way.
3. Implement - One we've reviewed and agreed to a plan, we'll take concrete steps to execute it including hands on training, equipment procurement, and virtual support.
4. Measure - We'll check in at predefined times to determine how you're progressing and adjust as necessary.
5. Finalize - Upon achieving the goals that we've set, we'll finalize your program with an operations manual including codified procedures, preflight checklist and more.
6. Support - We'll remaining a trusted resource for you to ensure you stay aligned with your goals, troubleshoot and correct issues should they arise, and to assist in the future as your program matures and scales.
